I think they are interchangeable, just flip it over to make it a left.

Yes, you just have upper and lower and they fit both left or right sides on the m chassis.

Is it also the same with shocks ?

Yes. Shocks can go on either side.

Dont put a right side a arm on the left side of your sled, it will blow up and burn to the ground, then you will have to buy a new sled. :face-icon-small-hap

everything is interchangeable, except spindles.
