This year there isn't any snow (worst year I've ever seen), but usually Mt Adams area is fun to ride, so is mt St. Helens. I've only been to mt hood once but didn't enjoy it as much personally, maybe I just didn't know where to ride though. If you're up for a drive, bend has some great riding areas around it as well.

Yeah I've been to Bend and ridden up at Bachelor a couple of times. I would love to go and try Mt. Adams and Mt. St. Helens but this year isn't the year for it unfortunately. I guess we'll just have to wait for new snow or next winter.
E Oregon- Elkhorns or the Willowas have snow and good riding.
