I am getting an 09 summit x in october with plans for graphics, handguards, skid plate, the works, all before I even get to ride it. Is there no one else that did any of these to their ride this year?

Everything I did to my longtrack Modded TNT was done toward lightness and function except for getting rid of all the yellow, 450 lbs full wet ready to ride with 16 X 137 X 1.75 track. Has same flotation on the track (weight/square inches) as a 154X .

Good Luck

Holy ported snowflap batman can you explain to me why? You could have only saved .25 lbs and assuming that its a hard snowflap will it not rip off? Otherwise nice work.
WyoTA what color of red is that. I like it, def. stands out.

There comes a point where taking weight off runs about $100 a lb so 8 oz off the snowflap starts to make sense in a strange sort of way. This isn't the first sled I've done this too and it works fine and doesn't rip off. Only concern I had on this sled (liquid cooled) was loss of cooling with less flap to bounce snow off of the track into tunnel.

Oh I guess I wasn't supposed to take the front heat exchanger off for a 3 lb weight loss either or experimenting with a primary clutch that only weighs 8 lbs instead of a 12 lb TRA III ?

Good Luck
