Im assuming the 163 cat bumper on your 155s you do not cut it. So if i get a 163 bumper it will be too short for a 163?

A 2012 or newer cat bumper 162" is almost excessively long on a 155" pro. The 2011 or older cat 162" would fit better. I went with the 2012 because I wanted some extra tunnel support. Mine goes clear up into the tunnel support bracket. I would think that a 2012 162" would be long enough to work on a 163" pro without it going as far forward. Just be prepared the 2012 & newer cat bumpers are tapered at the back so they are pretty snug to get onto the tunnel but once it is on fits perfectly.
If you're doing it on a 155" I would definitely stick with the 2009-2011 162" bumper.
