I'm having trouble with this too. I thought my M8 was a 1/8 diameter with a 3"od and 2.75"id but it's leaking bad. I can't get the throttle bodies to fit with the next standard size down. I have some metric ones on the way I'll let you know if those fit.

Twisted intake plenum...

I have some, i will take one to work tomorrow and get you the right size to get...One good hint on installation is to chamfer the outer edge of the throttle bodies at least .030" so you don't cut the new orings and also make sure you lube the o-rings and t.b. flange good with some petrolatum or vaseline so they slide together smoothly...

3.5mmx68 sealed up best for me. This is on a M8 and that's 75mm od and 68mm id.
