Does anyone produce a tighter tolerance Clutch bolt bushing for the P85?

We looked at the option of an aluminum bushing today and its hard to justify a material change. At best we could pick up a 20% reduction in weight which has very little effect when its so close to center line of the clutch. We tried making them out of TI but the cost out weighed the benefit.
I never want to slam the door on good ideas and we thank everyone for the input. This is what makes good USA made products.
Thank you all for your input and we will keep doing our best to provide the best products at a reasonable price we can.

Just an update on this product. What we ended up with was a Stainless Steel option and a Titanium option. We have both available and I am sure there are six sets in Alaska as we speak. :face-icon-small-hap

Glad you are able to make the bushing and washer work with the TI bolt.

Just a thought....if anyone purchases a TI Bolt and wants to use one of our Bushing and Washers just let us know. The TI Bolts are a little bit over sized as we understand it.
