How to make the M more tippy

Last year I bought a 2009 twisted M8.
I love the power but I need to make the sled a little easier to ride. What are everyone's more affordable suggestions to make it tip on its side easier?

Front Shocks 60psi, skis on narrow setting. Front track shock tightened up with 10-12threads showing. Side hill all day.

Alternative impact 36" arms. By far the single biggest improvement.

After that, get some polaris gripper skis which have a much deeper keel in the mold. Makes the countersteer tip way easier and more pronounced.

I already have powder pros which made a huge difference. Does anyone know the longest shock you can fit in the front? I'm hoping to give the sled a bit of a lift and hopefully that will help.

Dropping the whole skid will also add more ski pressure. Dropping the front arm mount down by drilling out the bottom hole in the backing plate inside the tunnel was a good mod to make on my M1000. Then when we put the 1300 in it with a 3" track we dropped the rear of the skid into the bottom hole to preemptively control ski lift. Terrible idea for boondocking. Lost some weight transfer and it did not want to roll up as easy.
