Here is the final release of the documentary DVD about the development of the Skinz Protective Gear Concept front end suspension kit and the Nytro Black project.

We had to upload it in four segments because Youtube has a 15 minute limit on videos :frusty:

Don't know if Skinz shot any of it in HD.
But if they did, make sure to upload it in HD as well.
Much nicer to look at on a large screen.

DVDs are available to anyone who would like one. We have a box full and Skinz has even more. Appears to be a standard resolution DVD, but I have to admit, I don't have an HD TV either.

I think 480p is the limit for this DVD on Youtube.

You tube will go to 1080 and higher now.
just takes a little more work to upload to the high res.

Nicely done video.
They did a good job of covering the whole concept of Nytro Black.

The only thing that could make it better is if it was Nytro BLUE :face-icon-small-hap

i really like how they explained how they changed the geo and what it did and its effects in detail. answered all my questions and this is deffinately my suspension of choice if i ever get my project off the ground

When it comes to travel for a show, that falls back on Harris and the magazine advertising budget. And so far they have not told me what the Fall plan is for 2011 yet.

Man that video is awesome. It was really interesting to see the first part of it when they were showing the video of the stock sleds and how they reacted to bumps and stuff on sidehills. I have been there done that many times personally. The balance of the sled seems to be just amazing with the new front end. I was amazed to see how in some situations the rider would be almost in front of the handle bars at times. Whenever I have let myself get off balance and get there far out front on the sled it usually spelled bad things. Looks like it should really handle as desired.

I must say however that this video is brutal. It is bad enough being summer and not being able to ride. Then on top of that I have to wait to get parts. I know I still don't have my sled apart to put them on but it is still fun to look at all the new parts. Summer really can suck. I need college football to get rolling to get me through the last few months.

Thanks for posting this stuff up. This really looks to be a game changer for the Nytro.

I really don't think anyone with a Nytro will be unhappy with the new manners your sled learns!!

dont forget that the nytro in the video has many other things done to it . I have a tunnel with running boards just like the air frames and C&A pro skis and a narrow front end . the air frame boards really change the handling of the sled . it helps lots with the deep down hill turns and dounuts :face-icon-small-ton . i really like the idea of moving the spindles ahead though . same diffrence as a xp to a rev . check it out if you ever see 2 side by side .
