Bought a new M7 with a updated secondary. I am new to the conversion set ups and dont know anything about them. Could someone identify this set up and tell me how it works or at least if I knew what I had I can find instructions .

slp belt deflection adjuster. it is L hand threads. if you undo the 8mm allen in the middle and rotate it on full turn one way other the other the belt will move up or down in the chivs. take a new belt and set it to be about 1/8 or half of a cog above the chivs then take a marker and put a line on it and the face just below in so if you blow a belt you know your starting point every time.

Ty for that, Isn't the plate in the middle of the helix some type of spring rate adjuster? also, the sled didnt come with any tools, Will the BDX belt deflection tool/remover work with the SLP ?

It's a stock secondary setup besides the deflection adjuster on the very outside as kiliki said. No tools needed to adjust deflection other than loosening the center bolt. Push the sheaves apart a bit so the belt falls down and holds them open, adjust deflection adjuster, work belt back to the top to check deflection, and repeat as necessary.

The plastic plate behind the outer face plate (3 screws) is threaded in the helix. Twisting that adjusts spring pressure. Use one of these for that: http://www.bd-xtreme.com/index.php?id_product=135&controller=product
