One would think if that sled has won a comp against pros and has been ridden by WyoBoy and modded by the sled God himself it should be worth 20k easily............
Going to send you a bill for the difference
What I've done.
3" track. 1350.00. -2lbs
Belt drive. 900.00. -7lbs
Diamond S can. 530.00. -17lbs
Fire and ice carbon fiber hood. 1200.00 -12lbs
Burandt boards. 300.00
Steering increase bracket. 100.00
911 clutch cover. 300.00
Machined secondary. 275.00
Gripper skis. 250.00
Odds and ends $$$
Invested 5000.00+ dropped around 36lbs
Will kill any other sled in the backcountry and is a blast to ride, the weight makes it easy to through around and handle. The boards and steering make it like no other on crazy steep side hills, and the 3" ... only track I'll ever run. The way I have it geared and clutched it will pull away from my 16 on the hill.
This is the sled I won the backcountry competition with in the mood class against well turbos.
So what do you think I can actually sell it for?
I am guessing what you want for it ( and what it is probably worth ) is much different from what you will move it for. The used sled market is in the dump right now. I am guessing 6K to 7K. I am sure it is worth more than that to you but that is where things are at in my part of the world anyway. Kind of makes this a tuff sport to be in.
