looking for help/pictures. I picked up a Diamond S hood for my M because my stock hood even with a ton of venting just wont work with my twin pipes as Im going back to the stock air box and the D hood has the intake down the middle which was a big part of the reason for going this route. The hood was in very good condition (used) but it has a piece of inner tube on the clutch side to seal the console to hood which will work, ugly but will work. But there is a opening at the nose also!! what the hell do I do with that ? I know some of you guys have or have had these hoods so Im looking for help before I wrap this whole POS with duct tape.
Oh ya and the mount for the rubber hold down straps are threaded eyelets. nice!
need to see a pic of where the hole is drilled to mount the side strap also.
