Is the 600 motor more reliable than the 800 when turboed???

How much hp can be safely gotten on 91 out of the 600 at 1000' and 8000'

Just curious since it appears you can buy the turbo kits a little cheaper for the 600's and you can buy them quite a bit cheaper.

If you don't care about having a 220 hp monster, might this be a logical sled to build??

thanks

I prefer the 600 over the 800

I'm running a 2012 Polaris 600 with a aerocharger running 10 pounds of boost on 50/50 av gas pump fuel typically at 6 to 8000 ft elevation and I clutch it with 10/62 weights and team silver spring and I turn 8450 rpms and the sled makes 215 hp all day long and because the 600 has such a short stroke they like to be revved let me know if u have any questions

You really think your at 215hp? And only throwing 62g of primary weight? Maybe you meant 72 or more. Near sea level I ran 62 in stock 600's...my boosted 800 at 10,000' and 8lbs is running 73 grams. unless your secondary setup is way weird.

I guess I don't know the silver spring either. Just seems odd to only have 62g.

My 2013 600 pro with a par 13.1 head, will pull 62 gram weight at 5500 ft. I hope that's a typo? A turbo should pull more than that.
