There are some great things about the new 17...I think arcticcat should offer the following:

17 mountaincat chassis, skid, track...153, 162, AND 174" PC
No hood
No running boards
No chain case
No front bumper

6-7000$ out the door, no warranty.

I believe they could move a ton of these packages, and that way people could finish with aftermarket and custom build the chassis their own way.

Custom pro climb order

I think you could be right.
If I could I'd order a 800cc or bigger motor and a 174 chassis and pc 174 track fuel tank and electrical. No plastic. Empty chain case. I'd put in a belt drive and a light weight hood plastic and seat and maybe even after market suspension. Sled could be built just the way you want starting with the chassis and motor. Nice idea
