Are boondocker EBC setups for a dragon capable of TPS smart feature?

tps smart feature is supposed to allow only 50% boost at 50% throttle. On the Canadian boondocker website it doesn't mention this feature. But I thought the EBC did this.
Boondocker has a standalone EBC you can wire to use the TPS feature. We have used them in the past for customers.
