Cleaning VES valves

Go to clean my VES VALVES, Mag side no problem. PTO side valve hits lower steering arm, if I take out the 2 bolts holding it to the upper structure and disconnect the link arm. Will it move enough to get the valve out, or do I need to unbolt the tie rod and cross link on the bottom also?

Been a while for me too but I think I turned ski's all the way after removing bolts to get enough clearance to remove power valve. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Sure is a PITA to have to disassemble the valve, and unbolt the steering column just to clean VES. Something I usually only do once a year, even with riding an average of 2000 miles a year. Surely only do it once a year now.
