Any good backcountry riding near Sisters?

I am going to be in Sisters in a few weeks and not being familiar with the area was wondering if there is any good backcountry riding near by? Snow park names would be good, and any other info would be much appreciated.

3 creeks snow park is about 10 miles south of town. Can be great riding if conditions are good. You can head over to moon mtn area from there. You will not be alone.

Any idea what snow depth is at the base and up high?

Last Wednesday, there was about 1' at the 3 Creeks snow park and 3-4' up high. Decent base with fluff on top last week so riding was as good as I expected for early snow.

Hopefully we get some good storm systems soon. Lastly I'm guessing there is enough room at the snow park to turn around a truck with enclosed trailer? Thanks for all the info!
