I'm in the process of installing an AFR gauge and was confirming the location of the oxygen sensor. The directions state 300-500mm from piston skirt and where the x is marked is more like 600-650mm. Is that an ok location? Thanks in advance!

Yea, thats fine. You'll want it after the collector so you are reading an average across all cylinders instead of just one.

I have a turbo and the turbo manufacturer installed it after the turbo and it didn't read well. I put it where you marked and it works great.

I would think that you would want it farther to the left where the pipe is bigger in diameter so it doesn't impede the flow as much.
