Polaris RMK 163 with Carls 860 engine with recent new top end rebuild (maintenance)

$3995 Almost EXACTLY as you see it - gas can rack, storage bags (underseat bag, windshield bag, NOT tunnel bag), extra skid idlers, will throw in a Mountain Fit lexan hood (uncut, uninstalled, still in protective plastic), choice of WRP seat cover on original seat base, OR 2013 shorty seat. Has altimeter option too! Pretty cool option. UPDATED PICS 2/28/16

Freshened top end with all new parts from Carls late spring of 2015, as recommended maintenance. Take-out pistons looked great. Maybe 5 hundred miles on it since, with an easy break-in period running some trails. This is a $4000 motor just for the Carls kit with their custom cylinders, crankcase porting, etc., and includes SLP pipe and can, carbon tech reeds, KOSO EGTs... will throw in an extra voltage regulator (spare) and some spare injectors and some other spare parts I have that are for the Dragon. Will come with a full tank of gas, plus 2 gallons Redline oil, and a spare belt.

As all of Carls Cycle kits are, this is a simple pull-and-go setup. No extra fuel controllers or anything like that. No muss no fuss. Been very reliable and never left me stranded and never blown up or burned down.

Front shocks are Walker Evans Air, with Fabcraft chambers and valving. Rear shocks also Fabcraft revalved shocks. Camoplast Challenger Extreme 163 2.5" lug track, 2.86 (stock) pitch, works better than stock track (better braking in spring riding too). Stock plastic chaincase cover replaced with magnesium cover from a 2010, added a ventilated lightweight brake rotor from a 2010, has tricity (TCP) front bumper, better boards, handlebar riser, new high output handgrip heaters.

Missoula / Hamilton MT area but would travel to meet approx 100-200 miles in any direction for serious buyers.

Bump. Sledhed has a new sled and needs to sell this sled.

Coming up on a new season, updated information (since I rode it some last spring too, added miles).
