How do you install the Y-pipe studs to the cylinders on a 2010 M8. Also do you loctite and what torque?

I use blue Lt and put 2 ntss back to back tighten stud then hold one nut with a wrench loosen the other one and remove them the repeat until done its the same to remove them.
