building my sons 120

Bought my son a polaris 120 Kinda in ruff shape over the next week ill be transforming it into a great sled for him

here he is on sled, sleds covered in stickers i removed everything but factory stickers for now cleaned up hood. everything was dirty dont have before pictures of the oil and dirt

wouldn't be his sled if he didn't help

the factory belly pan supports bent up and dirty from abuse

so i gave them quick polish and i dimpled them for extra strength

I then quick made up some boards for his sled. need to finish them and get them powdercoated. sleds getting billet wheels and powdercoated suspension also

I'm serious about buying a set of boards if you make some to sell. Have a 212 in my kids Polaris and the boards would finish it off as a nice little sled. The stock ones are horrible at building up w/ snow. Don't want to muddle up your thread so pm me if it's something you'd do.

That is definitely sweet. I would definitely be interested in a set of boards for a 120 as well. Mine is a 2015 but don't think they have changed any over the years.

Thanks on the boards. Kiddos are very excited!!

Get some aftermarket skis for you build. The stock break very easily (Polaris 120 anyway) and it would be a shame to bend those slick trailing arms.

yep his skies are already broken from previous owner. looking at c&a skies for it and a wrap

so decided to make a seat

quick sprayed it black to get contours a little better

still alot of shapping to do on the seat im not sure if i like it. I have some more foam i might make on pro rmk style one also with bars in back
