These are about 6.5" X 8.5" plus or minus .25 depending on long or short arm

left one is 6.75" X 9" Right is same as above

other

what are the physical measurements of the vents? they probably could be used on any flat surface correct?

Yes any flat or area with a smooth large curve will work.
I don't actually know the dimensions and don't have them with me currently.
But they are probably something like 8"X6"
