'99 670X Crank Bearing

A buddy blew his crank bearing on Saturday, primary has a wobble once we got it started, anybody know if the motor has to come out or if this can be done from the outside. Pretty sure a lose motor mount is the culprit, any thoughts?

Pull the motor, it will be far easier when you can see what you are doing and assess all the damage, there might be a crack in the case, motor mount might be cracked/broken....You might see something that you didn't notice. For the little extra effort, your back and knuckles will thank you if you pull it out. IMO

Pull her out-No Second Chances is right--Probabley just time for a rebuilt crank and rebuild---These good ole girls only go so long and so many miles without being freshened up. Pull the crank and get a good look at what all needs to be replaced--only do it once and do it right. Only takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get that engine out.
