Can't remember his name but he was makeing a billet mono block big bore for the 800 twin. Something in the 1000cc-1200cc range. Looked like some nice work. Just curious how the project is going.

I remember the one you're talking about, it was a 1075 I think. All billet, looked like a Engine Tech motor kind of. Was it a mono block though? Maybe I'm thinking of another one.

It was not from Terra Alps, Turbo Al or Ralph. I have talked to Ralph and his is all custom top to bottom. 1300 twin and now he's building a 2000cc triple. Should be cool.

NoSecondChances Ski-Dooin' it, you know the guy Im thinking of, now we just need to find out the progress.

Ralphy's is a case reed motor...for now. He did one cyl reed 1300 and is looking on how to get one to fit nicely in a rev/xp, just might not happen this year as he is super-busy.
His are around 220 with twins and small carbs on Neil's dyno, so about 260 "internet calibrated hp"...

This is a full on custom motor.

It was Nate McCoy ( moretorque). He is big in the atv stuff. I believe it was a big Cheetah cylinder.

I sent an e-mail to MoreTorque and hopefully he will respond to the forum with some more info.

The 800 twin never really has made me very excited in stock or modified trim, but maybe this thing will make some real power and stay together.
