Here is a major part of the problem.
The following E-Mail domains are FREQUENTLY refusing to accept any outbound e-mails from the Snowest.com domain.
They are BOUNCING the mail right back at our servers.
if you are using one of these domains, chances are VERY high you are suffering from NO or VERY SLOW notifications.

Uncertain if everyone was getting all of their mail on time or not.These domains, or at least mine, appeared to work fine before the "server upgrade" what changed?

It really seems to be associated with which mail provider you are using.
well, its a small step forward at least.i got an email not. INSTANTLY from the comment. i still have no not's from any other comment before this one though
