Of course, that wouldn't be nearly as intriguing as the sense of exploration a rider gets exploring all the various networks of trails as they traverse mountain and valley. Snowmobiles play a dual role in the Colorado high country, both as workhorses and a favored form of recreation for more than 12,000 owners.
