2011 VSCA National Championship Vintage Snowmobile Show In Billings

The Western States Vintage Snowmobile Association is proud to be hosting the 6th Annual VSCA National Championship Vintage Snowmobile Show in Billings, MT, July 22-23.

 

This fantastic gathering of vintage and antique snowmobiles will showcase the incredible Arctic Cat Boss Cat III, which will be coming from Chicago, along with participants from across the United States and Canada. More than 200 immaculate snowmobiles encompassing the entire spectrum of snowmobiling history are expected to participate.

 

Show dates and times are: Friday, July 22, 3-9 p.m. and Saturday, July 23, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

 

Friday night will feature the Honorable Mayor of Billings Tom Hanel presenting the "Award of the City" and also the Montana State Snowmobile Association presenting its award to the participant of their choice.

 

Saturday's awards will feature the crowning of the 2011 National Champion and will be held in the Grand Montana's Missouri room at 7. Saturday awards banquet tickets will be available at the show for $27.

 

Participant registration will be held in the Holiday Inn Grand Montana lobby July 21 from 5-8 p.m. and also at the Grand Montana Convention Center July 23 until 2 p.m. There will be a meet and greet poolside in the Grand Montana on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. for all participants and friends.

 

Admission to the National Championship Show for the general public is $5 with kids under 12 and seniors free.

 

All proceeds from the 2011 National Championship Show will be directed to The Special K Ranch, which provides the Billings community and surrounding area family oriented Christian homes for adults who have developmental disabilities.

 

Saturday activities will also feature a swap meet at the Grand Montana Event Center parking lot hosted by Billings Families for Outdoor Recreation (FFOR). All proceeds from the swap meet will benefit FFOR and their efforts to enhance outdoor recreation for the local Billings community.

 

Anyone interested in selling any outdoor recreational items at the swap meet can simply bring their items to the event center parking lot Saturday July 22. Cost for a swap space will be $20 which includes two tickets to the National Vintage show.
