During a November ride in the neighborhood of Dan Adams’ Next Level Riding Clinics shop in Alpine, WY, we stopped by to see what Dan has been up to over the past month. His shop has received a bit of a makeover, complete with lockers, dressing room, work station and a wall lined with 2011 Polaris Pro RMKs, complete with custom graphics. Each sled is also named after characters from the movie and board game Clue (sorry, no Yvette).

FXR Racing and Bret Rasmussen have partnered to promote a new product line for serious mountain riders: FXR Mountain.
Both parties have many years of experience and success in the snowmobile market and are excited about this new marketing promotion.
Looking at current market opportunities, FXR is now focusing on the mountain terrain rider. FXR Mountain products have utilized product testing combined with 15 years of experience and market studies to put them right on track with this new product release.
Both men and women will find extreme riding apparel with a focus on waterproof /breathable and rider temperature control through an exclusive radial dry vent system and multiple layering components. FXR Mountain’s exclusive radial dry vent system accomplishes two things. While controlling rider temperature, it also keeps a rider dry by keeping the snow out and letting only air in. Riders can now vent without experiencing snow ingestion.
Utilizing Rasmussen’s riding experience and quality time on the snow—he spends more than 150 days in the most extreme riding conditions every year—FXR Mountain aims to rally to the top of the market. Rasmussen will be working with the team at FXR to assure its success.
Product will also be worn by clients attending Rasmussen’s Ride Rasmussen Style clinics. Feedback from these riders, reps, dealers, racers and Rasmussen will be studied by the FXR team. This information will be key to FXR’s R&D and will help it continue to provide industry-leading product.
